Auto top-up (off until you turn it on) buys a pack of your choice when the balance falls below a threshold, with a monthly cap. Agents use your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or Groq key, so model usage is billed by the provider to you, at their prices.

The run credit applies only to live runs with outbound blocks, not to test runs in the designer. A reply that fails is refunded; so is a page that fails to ingest. Deleting knowledge doesn't refund it. At zero, requests get HTTP 402 OUT_OF_CREDITS until you top up.

Is there a subscription?
No. There are no plans, seats or monthly fees. You buy credits when you need them and every feature is open to every account, with unlimited agents and MCP servers.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits you buy, and the free ones, stay on your balance until you use them.
What happens when I run out?
Requests that need a credit get HTTP 402 with the code OUT_OF_CREDITS, and the widget tells visitors the assistant is unavailable. You get an email when you're running low and another when you hit zero. Buy a pack and everything resumes at once.
How does auto top-up work?
Turn it on in Billing and choose a threshold, a pack and a monthly cap (defaults: below 100 credits, buy 1,000, at most US$50 a month). When your balance drops below the threshold, your saved card is charged for the pack. If a charge is declined, auto top-up pauses and emails you.
Why do I also need a model provider key?
Agents run on your own OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini or Groq key, so you choose the model and pay the provider directly at their prices, with no markup. Credits pay for SentientOne: retrieval, tools, streaming, hosting, tracing and the rest.
Is a cached answer free?
No, a reply costs 1 credit whether it comes from the model or the answer cache. The cache saves you time and model tokens.
Which currency do you charge in?
Packs are priced in US dollars: 1,000 for $10, 5,000 for $45, 25,000 for $200, 100,000 for $700. You pay in Stripe's checkout inside the app and get a receipt by email.
