You can delete your account yourself, at any time, from Settings. It happens straight away and can't be undone.
Before you start
- Copy anything you want to keep, such as system prompts. There's no export.
- Remove the widget script from your websites and stop any code calling the API; both will stop working.
- Unused credits aren't refunded.
Steps
- 1
Open General
Go to Settings → General and choose Delete account.
- 2
Confirm
Type
DELETEand confirm with Delete account.
You're done when
You're signed out, and signing in again finds no account.
What's removed
- Auto top-up stops, nothing more is charged, and your Stripe customer record and saved cards are deleted.
- Your agents, with their knowledge, uploaded documents, conversations, keys and versions.
- Your workflows and your API keys, including each agent's widget key.
- Email logs and your user record.
What isn't removed at once
- Traces aren't deleted with the account; they expire on their own after 90 days.
- A salted hash of your email address is kept so the 200 free credits can't be claimed again by the same address.
Can I get my account back?
No. Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Will I get free credits if I sign up again?
No, free credits are given once per email address.
