Reference1 min readUpdated 1 November 2026
Settings → Organization → Usage shows what every workspace in the organization spent, for owners, admins and billing members. Days are calendar days in UTC, like the credit ledger.
The date range
Pick Last 7 days, Last 30 days (the default), Last 90 days, This month, Last month or a Custom range of up to 366 days.
What's on the page
| Part | Shows |
|---|---|
| Key numbers | Credits spent (with the daily average), agent requests, conversations and the busiest day |
| Credits per day | A bar per day, stacked by workspace. With more than five workspaces, the four biggest keep their colour and the rest are Other workspaces |
| By type | Agent replies, Knowledge, Workflow assistant, Insight reports and Evaluations, with each one's share |
| Top agents | The ten agents with the most requests, with their workspace and tokens |
| By workspace | Each workspace's credits, share, requests and conversations. An archived workspace appears only when it used something in the range |
What's counted
- Credits are what was spent: replies, knowledge, the workflow assistant, Insights reports and evaluations, after the refunds for failed work.
- Requests are agent replies, from every channel and environment. Conversations are those started with the workspace's agents.
- Monthly limits aren't on this page: they're on Settings → Organization → Workspaces.
A billing member who isn't in any of the organization's workspaces reaches Billing and Usage from the switcher: the organization's entry lists them instead of workspaces.
